Compliance

For a CRCA church to be Safe Church Compliant the church must have:

• Appointed a Safe Church Representative as part of a Safe Church Team
• Completed and returned the Safe Church Health Check to the SCU
• Ensured all Working With Children Check Records are up-to-date in SMO (Safety Management Online)
• Have had appropriate personnel undertake Safe Church/ChildSafe training with all details updated in SMO
• Have all activities planned and approved and recorded within SMO
• Have all incidents recorded and reviewed within SMO

Compliant churches are able to be issued with a Compliance Certificate which may be displayed at the church. Email the Safe Church Unit for details.
